During the project’s cycle we plan to organize three transnational meetings:
Kick – off meeting – Reggio Calabria (IT), November 2019
The goal of the first meeting will be to get to know the key persons of each partner organization and discuss the timeline of the activities, as well as reminder of the roles and responsibilities of each partner. During the first transnational meeting the participants will introduce the number and profile of teachers/researchers that will be involved, so that we would make additional arrangements according to the profile of the organization, available staff and their expertise. We would discuss the contents of each of the intellectual outputs, and create a Google calendar with deadlines for each of the activities. Another thing which we consider important, and the reason why we chose two participants from each partner organization, is the documentation that needs to be kept by the participants and submitted to the coordinator and the National Agency. Selection of the Quality Assurance Team (QAT) that would be responsible for monitoring all the foreseen activities.
Mid-project cycle meeting – Cartagena (ES), September 2020
For the second meeting we planned two persons from the partner organizations to discuss the following: the extent to which the intellectual outputs are developed, reports by the leaders of the IOs, analysis by the QAT, how many of the qualitative and quantitative indicators will be met, the number of dissemination activities undertaken by each partner, contribution to the Interim Report to the NA, and discussion on the activities related to management and implementation that will follow. Since none of the IO are predicted to be done by the middle of the project, it would be very important for us to discuss the quality of the realization, and to plan the short term students’ exchange after completion of the second intellectual output.
Final meeting – Larnaca (CY), June 2021
The final meeting will be for the people in the QAT (Quality Assurance Team) and other key participants from the partner organizations. The goal of the final meeting is to check the results, and the extent to which the outputs have been realized, as well as the quality of their design and implementation. An important part of the meeting would be the contribution to the final report we had to submit to the National Agency. All the partner organizations will have some part in writing the report, but the leaders of the outputs and the coordinator of the project will have the most responsibilities related to it. Another goal of the final meeting would be to discuss the dissemination activities and sustainability of the project. The partners will try to find ways of sharing the project’s logo and link its website to other websites of other educational institutions, relevant stakeholders, Ministries of education, bureaus for support of the educational process, etc. The reason why we decided to organize the meeting in June, is the fact that there would be few month until the end of the project. If some of the activities are not done in a satisfactory manner, we would have time to improve ourselves and finish the project according to all the foreseen plans.
