The aim of the first meeting was to familiarize the project partners from partner organizations with the schedule of activities, as well as with the tasks and obligations of the partners. The participants of the meeting presented the profiles of their organizations and the possibilities of teaching staff in their schools and organizations related to the subject of the project. Details related to the implementation of Intelectual Outputs, especially the first one, which is very much related to the next ones, were discussed. A calendar has been created with the dates of individual activities in the project. The project coordinator presented the principles of documenting activities in the project. The Quality Assurance Team (QAT) responsible for ongoing monitoring of activities was also selected.

Mid-project cycle meeting

Agros, Cyprus

26-27.07.2021

This meeting was postponed due to the pandemic situation. For this reason, some of the partners were not able to come and took part in the meeting online. The venue for this mid-project meeting was planned in Spain. However, this was changed because at that time, the Cypriot partner was organizing a mathematics conference. The subject of this conference was closely related to the subject of our project. We had the opportunity to participate in it, which greatly enriched the content of our Intelectual Outputs.

During the meeting, the results of the work done so far in Intelectual Outputs were discussed, and the QAT analysis was also made. The students’ contribution to Learning, Teaching, Training Activities was also determined.

The venue for this Mid-project cycle meeting was originally planned in Spain. However, this was changed because at that time, the Cypriot partner was organizing a mathematical conference, closely related to the topic of our project. Participation in it helped us to a large extent to prepare infographics for STEAM subjects.

Final meeting

Cartagena, Spain

11-12.12.2021

It was the last meeting of the project partners. The original place of the meeting was planned with a partner from Cyprus, but we changed the venue due to the mathematics conference that was held in Cyprus.

The main purpose of this meeting was to summarize the results and the degree of project implementation and the implementation of its effects. The principles of the partners’ contribution to the final report were presented, especially for the data required in the Mobility Tool. The participants of the meeting presented the dissemination activities carried out in their organizations. The project coordinator provided current information related to the changes to the rules applicable to the pandemic situation. Details related to the implementation of Multiplier Events have been agreed. Due to the pandemic situation, not all partners could participate physically in the meeting, they took part in it using the online method.
